Starting his lyrical journey at just 7 years old, J Garrette was recognized early for his undeniable talent. By 19, he had the industrys attention racking up radio play, TV interviews, and fan-packed shows, all pointing toward him becoming the next big thing out of Louisiana. But at the height of his buzz, he made a radical decision: to surrender his life to Jesus Christ. That step changed everything.
He became a Pastor, leaving behind the spotlight but not the mic. The call to music returned, this time with deeper purpose.
