A Fresh Wind is now blowing in the capital city, Montgomery Al, since the Urban Gospel Artist and Psalmist Jessica Martin came on the scene in 2004. Jessica boldly came blazing forth in a city were traditional music has been the main focus. With songs like "Hold On", she addresses isues that many young people face from smoking weed to fornication. Her song "Just to love me" is a testimony of how God's enduring love kept her even when she was out in the world. She has grown as an artist since the release of her first project "Saved in Sanctified". Jessica feels that she is not only had to learn who she was as an artist but also who she was as a person...now that she is comfortable with who God has made her to be, she is now able to be true to her music.
She is the "First Lady of Prodigy" (Prodigy Studio, Inc.), which is the production studio of her husband Ronald âœMystroâ Martin. This new Kingdom sound has captured the attention of the youth as well as the old; helping to awaken them to a new era of gospel music that is totally out the box.Band/artist history
