Thank you very much for the comments on our songs. No, it is not a trade secret what I use on war/war II etc. to make the guitar-like sound: it is the Slayer Plugin and the Slayer II plugin that comes in Fruity Loops - really. I typically put it on the mixer and work a bit on distortion. It just will never sound like the real thing (hey, but what can I do....I don't play the real thing and the musicians here do not want to play for us it seems.......). Before I learn to play the real thing or find a musician I have to live with that...sigh..... (hey, but I think I am getting pretty good confusing people about the fact what is playing except for those who really play guitar).
Sorry guys, that was an understatement: TWO really rocks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! After listening to it again I find it irresistable. Your vocals are superberb! The general sound is cool. Reminds me more of the eagels than Ministry or NIN. Way cool. You could be right up there with the super groups. And I am not kidding - the best song I heard in a long time - including the stuff I do....sigh.....
Hey, u are a very cool group! I love your work - and I love Ministry too (I followed in here from another board). If u love Ministry maybe you want to listen to our song Crown of Evolution - it is not quite at Ministry level, but hey, one can not always be compared to the gods of industrial ;).
Keep up the excellent work,
Kai
You guys have a really solid sound, I'm digging it. WTO is cool, love the ambient intro..
