Jeff Heim is an award-winning film and video game composer based out of the Greater Boston Area. Trained in music composition at the University of New Hampshire with over ten years experience, Jeff is best known for his music in the popular educational kids game, Poptropica, which has over 500 million registered users as of October, 2012.
Jeff discovered his passion for film scoring early at UNH while collaborating online with several students from NYUs Tisch School of the Arts, one of the premier film programs in the world. He continues to work with many of the same directors today.
In his spare time, Jeff enjoys exploring the New England outdoors, playing trombone and piano, watching movies, and spending time with friends and family. He often finds new inspiration from hiking in the Appalachian mountains and spending time by the ocean.
