Hey there!!! I'm pretty new to the scene. Just started getting into the whole singer/songwriter thang but I've pretty much fallen hard into it. Can't see myself turning back now!!! I currently live in New York City but I just got back from the great city of Nashville, TN where I recorded my first demo album and I think I'm about ready to move there. I absolutely fell in love with it and all it's people. So I'll keep you all posted as far as my whereabouts.Band/artist history
Like I said in my intro...I'm pretty new to this so I don't have much history yet. But let's hope I'll be makin' some. I've been an actor, I've been a singer, I've been a lover, I've been a sinner...Oh my...I feel a song comin' on!!!! (pretty cheesy, eh?)Have you performed in front of an audience?My first live appearance is going to be at the Allegany County Fair next month (July 22nd). I'm performing in the first round of the Colgate Country Showdown...which is this big National Country Music competition that they hold every year. Winning the nationals is pretty cool cause you win $100,000.00. I don't know about you but I could really find some things to use that money on. So wish me luck and come on out to see me if you get a chance. I need all the support I can get!!!
Your musical influences
Believe it or not...Dusty Springfield all the way. I'm pretty much in awe of just about every note that comes out of her mouth (may she rest in peace). Merle Haggard's pretty cool too. Other important people are Aretha Franklin, Keith Urban, Garth Brooks (YES I SAID GARTH BROOKS!!!...for his live performance skills!), Brooks & Dunn for their rockin' out good time music and Tori Amos. Sort of an odd combo of people, ain't it?What equipment do you use?

I really enjoy singing. It's therapeutic for me. It just makes me happy! And I hope that people pick up on that when they hear me and see me. There's too much angst and anger in this world. My goal is simply to bring some happiness to myself and to others and ideally to help people find some peace within themselves. I think we all have the ability to exist together in harmony if we actually make the effort. Yes there will always be bad things that happen...but I think we've got lots of room to grow when it comes to supporting and loving each other. And I think music can really bring people together. So that's my goal.

Thanks again everyone :) My website is also being redone to reflect my video "A FLOWER" that I shot this month. I will let everyone know about that as well.
