J-Diggs, a native of Oakland/vallejo,CA Bay Area, is no stranger to the Hip-Hop frontline. His talent was first discovered and enjoyed by thousands at the young age of 16; when he set himself out among the bestby recieving the Bay Area Music Award (BAMA)in 1987. Diggs shares his passion for the Rap Culture,and now, after doing 10 years of Federal time for conspiracy to commit armed bank robbery, he's back on the scenenad ready to make it happenin a big way. Bringingmore than just passion with him,Diggs pours out lyrics about being a number in the system and what it is like to be home again.
Coincidentally, the release date for Diggs' highly anticipated album" Both Sides of the Gate", coincides with te exact date of his arrest, 11 years ago.
