Jay Luis born Jorge Luis Santana to a Dominican/Puerto Rican/Spaniard mother and a Dominican Father in Santo Domingo, DR in 1/9/90 move to New York at the age of 8, Jay Luis just might be what this generation of music is looking for a young multitalented artist looking to get signned he also one of the very few teenage artists known in 3 genres (R&B, Reggaeton and Hip-Hop) and produce all his tracks; although not signned Jay Luis is known in the areas of New York City (NY), Worcester (MA), Puerto Rico and Dominican Republic. Rumors has it his going to drop a MixTape tittled "URBAN PHENOMENON" around the end of fall which will feature 14 tracks 4 for each genre and 2 comical skits.
