It all started writing, recording, producing and arranging my own material since 1992. With the use of a 4-track an 8 track reel to reel multi-recorders. My interest grew from there to where I am now. Working with Cubase 4 a sequencer software built by Steinberg with VST instruments plugins also with that I'm using musicial composing softwares like Jammer Hit Sessions, Jammer 5 to Band In The Box to Fab Four Virtual to compose my music. As well working with Acid Pro.
Band/artist history
Started reading music at the age of 8 in 1968 or sometime in 1969 thru my dad and brother. Afterwards in 1973 had my first spring concert with a group of friends from school at the age of 11. Eventually got into songwriting in 1979 which lead me thru the years to become what I am now. And also to join my first band in that same year. Later had become the group soundman. And went on my own and bought a portable 4-track recorder in 1992 later 8-track reel to reel follow by pc home recording and the rest as we know it is history. Since then I have written a total of 200 songs and recorded about 100 songs.
Have you performed in front of an audience?
Once in a while. I'm really content of just writing, recording mastering my own music. And having fun with this. After all if it's not fun then why do it. No longer having to fight clashing ideas with other ego personalities.
Your musical influences
Alot of people influnced me from the very start like my family and friends that I met thru the years past, present and hopefully the future as well. The Beatles, Stone Temple Pilots, REM, Badfinger, Eric Clapton, U2, Green Day then zillions after that.
What equipment do you use?
Fender Stratocaster, Carvin Guitar, Fender Jazz Bass, my PC, the use of Rockman, Pod 6, Cubase 4 along with many VST instruments, Virtual sounds rule, dude !
Anything else?
Well yes, want to thank everyone very kindly whoever comes to listen to my songs. Like to say thank you very much for coming. Without you it would not have been. Thank you for your love and support. And also a very special thank you thru the many years to my brother John. Whom I love and trust for showing me the way.
