Vibe and beat are composed electronically though originally written/created on an upright piano years ago. Aside from the vocals being anologue, so is the recorder / Indian flute backdrops...

Broken (Electronic Remix) Broken (Electronic Remix)

I spent a few days remixing one of my songs, which previously fit in the blues-rock-hip hop genre, but this new mix was completely electronic except the vocals of course...so get's a new flavor altogether.

Trip Hop

Indulge (hip hop cut) Indulge (hip hop cut)

This cut has a Thai hook, with American rap...remixed one of my old school songs with new vibe and semi-clean mix...some spots are ruff, but that's the beauty of raw underground...

Hip Hop General

Jao Moragoat writes, composes, records, and self produces cross-cultural (Thai-American) musical experiments with some tastes of hip hop, jazz, beat, electronica and lyrical.
Band/artist history
Been writing music for nearly 10 years...main instrument is my voice and the guitar, while I can play basic bass, piano, and percussions. The Musical Unity of Thai and American lingua came when I came to my mother's homeland in Thailand 2001...
Have you performed in front of an audience?
Use to back in the day...the older and busier I get, the less opportunities I have to have fun on stage.
Your musical influences
Everyone from Duke Ellington to U2 to Nirvana to Cypress Hill to the Platters to Laostha....
What equipment do you use?
the most important tool that will always benefit art is my mind... Everything else is just trivial and material...i.e. instruments, recorders, etc.
Anything else?
