My name is Jagmeet Singh Jagga and I am a Punjabi Vocalist and Songwriter born and raised in California. Being born and raised in the bay area, I have been blessed with the oppurtunity to learn about the rich Punjabi Culture, Subiyachar, Ma Boli and Virsa and have been able to experience the culture. In an attempt to spread the awareness of our Punjabi Music, I've decided to Sing songs that appeal to both the younger and the older gereations.Have you performed in front of an audience?When you are a performer, the rush that you ahve when you take the stage is like no other. With thousands of people cheering you on and listning to you, you have to put on a show for the fans and make sure they like your stuff. It's a feelign that never gets old and I hope more fans will be able to hear me soon in a city near them.
Your musical influences
My Ideal has been Gurdas Mann. The man can not only write, but he is a phenominal Singer and actor as well. The complete package. Thats the goal to one day reach those heights and be respected/appreciated as much as he is.What equipment do you use?
For Recording we use state of the art recording studios and for mixing and mastering, I let the professionals take care of that.
