ITO: Born (Jose De Los Santos Gonzalez Rosario).
Born in Ponce, Puerto Rico. Raised in Newark, New Jersey his adolescent years and in Northern California as a teenager.
ITO was introduced to music in 1992 at the early age of 4 in Newark, New Jersey. His Father (Sugal Boy) recorded rhymes to cassette tape and Ito would watch, listen and learn. He memorized his dads lyrics "word for word" and would continue to rap them to everyone he met from the ages of 4 to 8.
Being born in Puerto Rico, spanish was his first languge and he learned English by neighborhood acquaintances and school. He did stop speaking spanish and nearly forgot the language as he picked up on english rap with friends from his neighborhood, but as he continued to pursue music he switched back to spanish like he learned from his father (Sugal Boy).
Ito performed in many different places in his local city and entered talent shows for school and shows from many communities, such as festivals and convention center events. Many did not understand what he was saying on his songs but he still got the respect and love he wanted.
Ito had a chance to meet Daddy Yankee on National Television of Univision's Sabado Gigante with his uncle Jose luis ( Josenigma / The Spray master ). He got many tips from his uncle. Ito's uncle jose luis Gonzalez is really good friends with a well known reggaeton artist Divino since grade school in Ponce, Puerto Rico. Ito had the chance to speak to Divino and gain a few tips.
Ito is ready to make history. The first Reggaeton artist to start his career in Sacramento, CA.
Also the first Reggaeton artist to signed with the Moodswinga Records LLC.Band/artist history
Moodswinga Records was founded in 2007 by production team ( Antione "Concept" Tramble and Eric "E-HI" hightower). With a diverse roaster of Artist ranging from the prolific lyrics of "Philly Slim" to the reggaeton rhythm of "ITO". Moodswinga Records is determined to be a Major force in the independent Market place.
Eric "E-HI" Hightower returns to the music industry as not only a producer/writer but as one of the co-founders of "Moodswinga Records". After landing a publishing deal with the Chrysalis music group , being mentored by Multi-platinum Producer "Brian Alexander Morgan" (BAM) and writing on gold and platinum album's with artist like (SWV), he now Joins forces with Antione "Concept" Tramble to establish Moodswinga Records and the Moodswingaz Production team.
Antione "Concept" Tramble a talented, writer/producer with a drive for excellence and hard work. He currently creates music for reality TV shows CW’s "Americas Top Model Cycles 3 - 10", “The Search for next pussy cat doll”, “Girlicious”, “Crowned”, "The White rapper Show", “The Shot”, “Jamie Kennedy's blowing up”, and various other projects in the works.
These two entrepreneurs have embarked on a journey to develop Artist and create good music.
