Infected are a 3 piece Indie/Punk/Rock band from Newcastle Upon Tyne, England.
Forming in April 2003, Infected have since played around 100 gigs across the North East and are planning to make 2005 the year in which they introduce the rest of the country to their music.
Having already recorded 2 CD's with a follow up in the making and being held in high regard with local music fans and press alike, the band continue to perform to a high standard and increase their ever growing fan base.
Have you performed in front of an audience?
We play live very regularly, around twice a week normally. Its always great although it sometimes depends where we play. The bigger gigs are always pretty special.
Your musical influences
We all like different styles of music, i like mostly Indie / punk, Barbers into the whole punk thing, but he likes a lot of different stuff to and Iains really emo.
What equipment do you use?
I use Fender guitars through a nice Marshall amp. Mostly use my Jazzmaster guitar, Barber has a Crate bass amp and Iain is in the process of buying a new Pearl drum kit i believe.

oo, abit rawer then bands like blink and stuff. the guitar on same old song sounds familiar at the start but you pull it off as everything else comes in. singing on the other song sounds like jonny rotten, i like it. check out our webpage and listen to our tune.
