IKE'S DARK DAYS. We are a very original acoustic based rock band, and good friends who are just out to have fun. We've got a lot of new music coming up, so stay tuned for more updates.Have you performed in front of an audience?We play live occasionly and we love it, and jump at the chances to do it more. Some choice performances were a show at the local coffee house, where we just showed up and played. A lot of our friends were there and we had a lot of fun. Then we played in the West Milford Battle of the Bands, which was a lot of fun, even though we were terrible, but we had only gotten a call to play at 9:30 that morning. So for having only like 3 hours of practice between us, we did pretty decent I guess.
Your musical influences
Mike: Since I'm the only one here answering this stuff right now, I'll put down what I think influences our sound. Uh...well we're all big Pearl Jam fans, especially myself. Pearl Jam's music really inspires a lot of my lyrics and music, Neil Young and Springsteen, and Blind Melon as well. Lately however, I think we've got a Coldplayish sound to our music. But in the end, I'd say we're pretty original.Contact
