Hostage Rescue Team
We are a young 4 piece band with varying styles of original compositions that have been greeted with great appreciation over the time we have been playing. We appreciate anybody coming to see us play to hear the rawness of a new northern sound and to even try and pigeon hole our style and influence yourselves.
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
Formed late 2006, done the odd few gigs with a popular mod cover band to start with, now we are gigging the original scene.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
North East UK in general, trying to get started in the Newcastle scene.
Your musical influences
As we are open-minded to music itself, there is an endless list of influences that we could go through. As it will take so long to add all of these to the site we will just keep it to the point.
