Band/artist history
Home For The Def was written about in the book of Genesis long before I was born to fulfill the prophecy. The prophecy started to come true in 1991 and is well on it's way to it's final outcome.
Have you performed in front of an audience?
Home For The Def played live regularly through the period of 1995-2001 and has spent the 2001-2003 period in a Beatlesesque recording only period, although there are stirrings that 2004 may involve a return to the live experience.
Your musical influences
I regard everything I have heard as musical influences - even stuff I don't like. When you eat certain foods they turn your urine different colours - when you listen to music that you're unfamiliar with, or don't even enjoy, your music comes out different colours.
What equipment do you use?
My equipment: 5 steel pipes, some eucalyptus leaves, a collection of Metallica mp3s, some aluminium foil, a strategically placed pink grand piano and a tape deck with no batteries in it.
Anything else?
why not?
