Busted Busted

Ever have a day where you felt like you'd reached the end of the line? Play this one loud when you're pissed off, and sing along. People will move away from you, which can be a very good thing.

Green Thing Green Thing

A local bar had a scrolling marquee sign that said "It ain't a black thing. It ain't a white thing. It's a green thing. Don't ask for credit." Pretty much sums it up.

Everybody gets the blues, right? But what if you could outrun it?

Straight Ahead Blues

Performing to packed houses and sold-out shows, The Hitman Blues Band attracts a fanatical following of die-hard blues fans and those who love great music. They play a wide selection of covers - over 350 tunes! But the main draw is the original songs from their CD "Blooztown" and their new release, "Angel In The Shadows". As a fan said - "These are the songs I would write - if I could!".
Band/artist history
Formed in 1986, The Hitman Blues Band played all over the New York metro area before moving on to the UK and the rest of the US Eastern Seaboard - plus a quick stop on the West Coast. While the personnel have changed over the years due to touring demands (except for Russell "Hitman" Alexander), the line-up has always been top notch players with the fire and experience needed to lift up the audience. The studio group has used some of the most respected players in music, including Bernard "Pretty" Purdie, Ray Alexander, Bobby Forrester, Richard Crooks, Seth Glassman, and others.
Have you performed in front of an audience?
