Formed in 1986, The Hitman Blues Band played all over the New York metro area before moving on to the UK and the rest of the US Eastern Seaboard - plus a quick stop on the West Coast. While the personnel have changed over the years due to touring demands (except for Russell "Hitman" Alexander), the line-up has always been top notch players with the fire and experience needed to lift up the audience. The studio group has used some of the most respected players in music, including Bernard "Pretty" Purdie, Ray Alexander, Bobby Forrester, Richard Crooks, Seth Glassman, and others.Have you performed in front of an audience?We play live all over the US East Coast, just finished touring the UK (going back in May-June of 2005 and will include Europe this time) and in various other parts of the US.
