Hawaiian Revival formed over 20 years ago when Rex , Ron, Joe and Burt first got together and started playing the vintage Hawaiian popular music that hit the world by storm in the 30's and 40's.
Now these guys still play together although they are no spring chickens and tend to gig only once or twice a month. The music that is on this Soundclick site was recorded many years ago by the boys and has been taken from a cassette recording that was put together from a live session. Although the quality has suffered a little the result seems to make the music sound more vintage and authentic.
