I am a guitarist passionate about combining Flamenco with other genres of music such as Jazz, Middle Eastern, Techno, Dance, Classical etc. World Beat Flamenc

Leila Leila
An improvisational Spanish guitar mix with Middle Eastern flavors and a Jazzy flair. The energy and optimism of this song were inspired by the spark in the eyes of a little girl named Leila.

East to West East to West
The marriage between a western and an eastern beat. The song starts with a popular western dance beat and gradually transforms into the Middle Eastern beat of Baladi.

Spaceship Earth Spaceship Earth
Inspired by the visionary Buckminster Fuller, the title of this song symbolizes the greatest challenge ahead of humanity: how to work together as a crew to maintain spaceship earth.

Going Away Going Away
Based on the traditional Flamenco style Taranta, this song expresses a somber mood that gradually and stealthily combines with an upbeat Middle Eastern rhythm.

Roots Roots
A melancholic guitar solo serves as a prelude to a violin improvisation that takes the listener back to the roots.
I was born in the Middle East ( Lebanon). In the last fifteen years, I lived in Paris, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Montreal and now New York city. I studied traditional Flamenco guitar with Mariano Cordoba and Kenny El Lebrijano in San Francisco, and David Serva in Spain. While I am classically trained in traditional Flamenco, I do not consider myself an authentic Flamenco guitar player since my passion is to combine Flamenco with Western and Eastern musical genres -a practice frowned upon by Flamenco purists-.
I am committed to promoting world fusion music as a means of fostering cross cultural understanding and harmony through music. The first expression of my vision is expressed in my latest musical production: "Fuego: World Beat Flamenco Fusion.

Have you performed in front of an audience?
My musical influences range from traditional Flamenco guitar (studying with Mariano Cordoba) to the Jazz Flamenco sounds of Paco De Lucia and the Nouveau Flamenco sounds of Ottmar Liebert and Jesse Cook.
