Hammerhead is an 80's inspired hard rock band from Hobart, Tasmania, Australia.
Influenced by all the great hard rocking guitar based bands from the 70's, 80's and 90's.
To date two albums have been self released and the third is in the early stages of production.

We evolved from the sludge that accumulates in the "S Bend" of your toilet. We rose from the bowl, crept out to the street, picked up some intruments and began to play.
Have you performed in front of an audience?
Yes we play live, we're a rock band dammit.
We will play anywhere that can take the rock onslaught that is a Hammerhead show. Any like minded bands who can keep up are welcome to join us.
