Awsome song. I especially like the funky rythm. I even liked the little bit of zydeco influence you have going on here, and I don't usually like zydeco. Production values are great. Throw in a couple of female backing vocalists and this song would really kill. Makes me want to visit LA.
I found a ;link to "Dollar to dime" on Big King's review page. I really liked the song. It has a really good live performance feel, like a small club feel. I would take Big King's comments on production values with a few grains of salt. Sure, you might be able to tweek the mix a little, but you don't want to over-produce it. Keep that raw feel.
