glass box, formed in 1988 in NJ, are currently located in roanoke, va.
glass box writes, performs and produces what would be called experimental music. we utilize conventional as well as homemade instruments, found sounds, tape manipulation and any other manner of sound conveyance to produce our pieces.
glass box have self-released seven cdr's of experimental music encompassing; avant-guard, electro-acoustic, spoken word, noise/drone and the soundtrack for an experimental film.

Hi Glass Box,
I enjoyed your '6/30/97' piece. Your music is very exciting and reminds me of some recordings I have made but I can't upload those due to legal reasons!
I class some of my tracks as experimental but really it's not 'true' experiments, just experimental to me!!
If you listen to any of my tunes I recommend 'Drone Electronica' and 'Burroughed Inn'. You may like these!
