I have been a musician for longer than I care to admit. I first started using my talents to praise God who gave them to me. I was about 9. In my late teens I got more in to praising me. It's taken a long time, a lot of wrong turns and detours. But God has been patient and loving with me while waiting for my return. I am now the worship leader at Central Christian Church in Danville, IL. Once again praising God with what He gave me to praise Him with.
I had cancer in my right tonsil that was diagnosed in April 2005. Too much second-hand smoke, and some first-hand, had taken it's toll on my body. You need to know that this is not what brought me back to Jesus. My faith was already strong when this occurred. I was at peace with the diagnosis because I knew I was in the hands of the Great Physician. I can only thank you, Jesus.
I will be posting some older songs I've done through the years and some new ones I'm working on. I'm currently attemping to write worship songs. This is a new task for me. I don't feel I can write anything that's even close to being worthy. Instrumental seem to be coming to me much easier. We'll see where it all goes from here.
God bless you thanks for stopping by and checking this out.
