IDM

Through the years my taste and style have constantly evolved and skewed the outcome of my efforts. You will hear all kinds of styles ranging from dark structured ebm to elaborate abstract experimental idm. All of my music seems to follow a blind sequence. You cannot expect to hear the same thing twice. In fact, don't expect anything. I strive to make the songs unpredictable, so you never know what is next. Dynamics is god! The best way to enjoy this is to clear your mind of all predisposed theories of what music should sound like. Open your mind and try to enjoy something different.
Band/artist history
For most of my childhood I have played drums with many various genres of music. Only somewhat recently in 2001 did I realize that I wanted to step up and write something of my own. Since then I have written several albums. Lets just say that they were transitionary. The stuff that is posted is only the newest.
Have you performed in front of an audience?
Negative. I could not possibly express the magnitude of my sequences through a live setting without slaves.
Your musical influences
Industrial mostly but certainly not only. Far, far too many names to write down. Some of my favorites have been Download, Haujobb, and Individual Totem. Just about any and all good electronic music. Alot of scenedotorg stuff recently. I hate futurepop, vacant of all the properties that I love about industrial. It is predictable and boring. Don't get me wrong, there can be a time or place for it I suppose. I can't deny I pop in a VNV album once a month. I just hate how many bands are turning there old styles into futurepop crap. Imperative Reaction is a perfect example. From their first album to there second they did a 180 to futurepop. Same thing with Funker Vogt through 2 or 3 albums. I catch the scent that it might have to do with the ol pressure from the industry. Perhaps what happened to Cleopatra a decade ago is happening to Metropolis now.
What equipment do you use?
Jeskola Buzz, random downloaded programs
Anything else?
The Struggle: to break down all musical convention and reach for an un-repetitive and original sound. The Goal: To express things that I cannot put into words.
