That is very fun and well done. There are many people out there who can't imagine how hard it could be to record children (btw maybe it was easy with yours ... ). The guitar comp is neat. Very cool.
... also checked out some of your other stuffs. I really dig some of your songs.

Kalenze,
I have been gone for almost 3 years and the tunes are still as cool as they ever were. Be prepared for a visit sometime soon from Ms. Pahl and I.

Kalenze,
After listening to the live version of My Last Page, I now have an extremely clear understanding of what you mean when you say sloppy rock! heheh. Good stuff, keep it up.

Kalenze-I was just dusting off my old cassette tapes and came across the Mr Ugly studio takes from '91, which prompted me to look you up. I listened to your recent stuff and it sounds great, too. I'll buy your CD and see if I can't get some Oregonians hooked on you, too! Take Care, Emily Taggart

"Chip Away" and "Nothing It Can't Do" are now playing on Drhandley's Rock Madness -- just possibly the best station on SoundClick. Listen at www.soundclick.com/stations/stations.cfm?id=222560.
Thanks for the great tracks! Make more of those!

Eric,
Wow, what an awesome late nite find, finding your tunes, have only checked a few out, but love your sound on your acoustic stuff, gonna have to add a few to my acoustic station. Lovin the Slide you play, very funky, nice lyrics and melodies, keep on keepin' on...is very good! :)
I write simple acoustic stuff too, if ya get bored, try out a few of my tunes, would love to hear some feedback from you too.
Stay creative :)

Hello, again.
I was thinking about your guitar skills, and I was able to relate it to Gordon Lightfoot. Recently, I pulled out his music and listened to it, and, as I was listening to your music, there is a slight similarity. It's nice. An example would be your song, Damn Sure, kind of sounds like Gordon's songs, Softly, or maybe Beautiful. Nice!

HEY!
Great Music! I like to play as well. I play piano and drums/percussion. I am in two rock bands at church and a few at school. You are the greatest! It is hard to come up with something else to say without Nyema and Ben starting some sick argument. See you tomorrow! Don't stop playing! Adios! Me gusta comer!

Kalenze,
Now you've done it! You have baffled your student. In the song "Get it From You" (If the quotes are wrong, I'm sorry, I didn't do the packet yet, I will on Sunday) I just realized that there is a woman speaking in the background. Why you put that in there, I may never know. Not only is she repeating herself through the entire song, she is also speaking what seem to be pointless sentences. I still wonder if you know what she was saying when you inserted it into your song. I must compliment the idea. For some reason, you are able to take things that truly seem weird to place in a song and you get it to work. Bravo! Back to the woman. She is saying three things over and over..."The (something I have never heard before) of my aunt. The desk/office of my uncle. The paper of my uncle. The desk/office of my aunt." This is how you baffled me, Kalenze! Well, I'll just ask you on Monday.

Well it took me years. To get those souvenirs. But I don't know, this one slipped away from me.
