Early in the year 1999 Johan Decanq, Sammy Lee and Greet Gariau from Fluxus were invited to play two Concerts in Romania (praid & tirgu mures). There under the full moon came up the idea of starting a cross-over folk project. In September Follia was born supported by Folk Dranauter, biggest Folk Festival in Belgium.Contact
