How it all started... don't expect high quality, it's the first musical steps of a teenage girl we're talking about... :D
These are my reeeally old songs, those at the top are oldest (recorded when I was twelve, and written with 11 or 12 years...). So actually, the "Band Name" should be "Flora 1996 - 2002" (and not 1997), I made a mistake there and now I can't change the name...
This site is rather meant to give you a laugh than to show off my spectacular musical talents...! So I hope you don't mind teenage girls singing and boring keyboard arrangements. I did my best, then, and there actually ARE some good things among those songs, but it's nothing anybody would buy or sell today. We sold it then, though - to our parents, relatives, teachers and classmates... :)
My bands at that time were named 1. High Tension, 2. Never Mind, 3. Sunny Sisters... I don't remember all of them... it changed every few weeks or months...
Usually, songs with the same picture were recorded at the same time, and, so to speak, "appeared on the same album". :)
February 1996
- two 10-year-old girls start writing a songtext modelled after the style of Tic tac Toe (to have their own song and not only recite Tic Tac Toe-lyrics). One day later, the arrangement is born, and a "band" of four girls is founded - that's how it all started...
Spring 1996
- First "recording session" with a cassette-recorder :)
September 1997
- the first song which is NOT a rap (i.e. which has a full melody...)
Christmas 1997
- First real recording session in the studio (as a birthday present from my parents - what a support for my hobby!!!)
