First Friday began when songwriter/singer/guitarist Ben Rathbun joined up with bassit Yari Sigal, drummer Will Rafelson, and guitarist Max Glantzman to write some catchy rock songs and provide an alternative to a music scene dominated by jam bands at Brandeis University.Have you performed in front of an audience?We mostly play live in Waltham, MA, but would like to play everywhere. We were very honored to play ModFest at Brandeis University in front of over 700 people.
Your musical influences
We like catchy rock music. We are influences by many things, but combine a love of 90's rock such as Better Than Ezra, Oasis, and the Gin Blossoms, with a love of classic rock such as Neil Young, and influences from punk and emo as well.Contact
