First formed in 2003, 15 Minutes have seen band members come and go in the last three years, but the combination of guitarist/vocalist (Robert McGlade) and drummer (Adam Steele) has never changed. Based in the Dublin 8 area,15 Minutes have performed all over Dublin City, playing where most bands start out. In 2005, after much of a hiatus, 15 Minutes returned with Aaron Mooney on lead guitar and later on in the year bassist Keith Bernard. Having written songs in the same calibre as the Arctic Monkeys, 15 Minutes recorded a number of tracks. Stand out ones include Plugged In and Morphene Monkeys. Thers no doubt that there is somewhat of a revival in the Irish scene, lets hope 15 Minutes will be a part of it.
