C’est en janvier 2008 que Luc Giguère (Flesh God, ex-Brief Respite) & Franck Camus (ex-Paroxysm) se joignent pour former Exhult, un band de Death Metal. Le mois suivant, le projet met le feu aux poudres et attire d’autres musiciens. Exhult accueille d’abord Vincent Desrochers (Flesh God) à la guitare puis ensuite, Romain Bellec (ex-Gurkkhas) également à la guitare. Les quatre musiciens, apportant leurs influences respectives, donnent à Exhult un son d’une brutale intensité. Sous l’aile bienfaitrice de Prodisk, la formation travaille sur plusieurs morceaux dans l’optique de se produire en spectacle dès novembre 2008. Il faudra s’attendre à un Metal d’une brutalité encore inégalée au Québec et garder les yeux bien rivés à ce groupe en fulgurante émergence.

Luc Giguère (Flesh God, ex-Brief Respite) & Franck Camus (ex-Paroxysm) meet up in January 2008 and found Exhult, a Death Metal band. The next month, two other musicians join the fast-growing project: Vincent Desrochers (Flesh God) and Romain Bellec (ex-Gurkkhas), both at the guitars. The four pieces brings their different metal influences, molding a brutal type of Death Metal, rarely heard here in Quebec.
