The License FORBIDS resale or other distribution of E.N.Y.PRODUCTION compositions, and modification thereof. You CANNOT sell, loan, rent, lease, assign, or transfer all OR any of the products sold under E.N.Y.PRODUCTIONS.com to another user, or for use in any competitive product.
Unauthorized use or duplication is a violation of this agreement and of applicable laws of the United States and other countries. Any infringement of copyright will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
CUSTOM BEATS
Custom Beats sold to one end-user only and the exclusive rights to use the obtained Custom Beat cannot be resold or transferred.
