LEASING LICENSE
Non-exclusive
Grants you (the licensee) the right to use E.N.Y.PRODUCTIONS MUSIC for ONE of the following only. Commercial ventures such as Recording Artist albums, Radio Rotation, Television shows, Television broadcast, and/or Film/DVD Soundtracks. Commercial Advertisement, Radio Advertisement, Television Advertisement.
The Licensee does not gain any ownership rights or any copyrights and that Licensor retains all rights.
The License FORBIDS resale or other distribution of E.N.Y.PRODUCTION compositions, and modification thereof. You CANNOT sell, loan, rent, lease, assign, or transfer all OR any of the products sold under E.N.Y.PRODUCTIONS.com to another user, or for use in any competitive product.
Unauthorized use or duplication is a violation of this agreement and of applicable laws of the United States and other countries. Any infringement of copyright will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
CUSTOM BEATS
Custom Beats sold to one end-user only and the exclusive rights to use the obtained Custom Beat cannot be resold or transferred.
Additional information for custom Beats are as follows:
I) Co-Copyright: E.N.Y.PRODUCTION retains copyright of instrumental, Client retains copyright of lyrical composition.
II) Co-Publishing: Both parties retain publishing rights. Producer royalties due to E.N.Y.PRODUCTIONS based on sales.
