E.M.P.C. is Esquire and ReakShun (pronounced Reaction). Sean Webb (Esquire) a true master of ceremony is also a nationally acclaimed writer/poet. The last of the master producers, Tyree Dillihay (ReakShun) is an up & coming music producer and established illustrator. ReakShun whips archaic Hip Hop elements into alchemy and carefully programs them into new world formulas with live instrumentation.
