From New York to Colorado, Elijah X. has risen a mile high. As a fan of linguistics, his music is thorough as well as thoroughly entertaining. Born in 1990, his influences and love of Hip-Hop predates many current artists. From Kool and the Gang to Coolio, Elijah has a plethora of influences and love for the genre. 17 years ago, he began writing poetry as a formal form of release. With his deep love of music it only became natural to lend his genuine voice to instrumentals. Being on the road has been a life-changing endeavor that has led to this very moment. From the 315 to the 303, his drive never ends!
Have you performed in front of an audience?
At the Roxy on 4/20. First performance as an artist and I was right next door to Method Man and Redman. Being that we're all from the Northeast, that meant a lot to me fundamentally.
