Once the solo pet project of guitarist Mike Michalski, Ecryptus is now a full band in brutal effect. Drawing inspiration from all melodic and artful forms of music and motivated by disdain for the pretensious and mundane, Ecryptus is by no means a genre-type. They individually draw together a cacaphony of personality and musical styles, but come together as a coheisive, melodic, brutal, artful band.
