Dogma's music is a blend of thundering drums, heavy guitar, pounding bass and the most talented vocalist in south Texas. The band has been playing in Alice bars and the neighboring towns for last 2 years with a collection of original and cover songs. Manny Ramirez (guitar) writes the music and Meme Guerra (vocals) translates the music into the most amazingly insightful lyrics.Rick Ortiz (drums) and Omar Trevino (bass) complete the ensemble as the solid rhythm section. The band's music ranges from thrashing to touching from invigorating to introspective.Always thought -provoking.

We play live as often as possible and love any opportunity to jam in front of anyone anytime. There have quite a few special moments but nothing I'd want to share without a lawyer present.
