I am Andy Moon DJ Producer and Live Act since 16 Years. I come from Germany, and signed with EMI Music Publishing as Songwriter, Producer and for couple of other Projects since 2003 Also i started to produce for independent electronica Labels and bring up a new own Label in 2010. I have releases on different Labels and for different projects since many years.

My Producer Style varies from House and Techno especially minimalistic melodic deep Techno, progressive House, progressive Tec Sounds, UK and Detroit Styles and Trance. Also i do Remixes and of course Chill out and Lounge Music! I produce a bunch of electronic Recording Artists.

As DJ i played on the biggest Events in the World like Loveparade and Streetparade where i had own trucks some years. Played a lot in international clubs, and on big famous and also some of them well known Events.

I was affiliated with a couple of Labels like the Techno Major Frankfurt Beat and Undercover Music, dropped out my Music at Axis Red Records and others!

Now i am signed at EMI Music Publishing, and producing also commercial productions. But i never forgot my roots, and so i am still addicted to electronic music styles and now after some major productions i step back to my roots and you can expect a huge drop out of electronic music.

Also my Project "Cockpitcrew" is still released since October 2007 and runs really good, we was in the Top 10 Selling Charts any week at the releasing Label "More Music" within the first month!. I still thinking about a Cockpitcrew Lounge Album in 2010. Also different other releases like my "Strike Back EP 2002", "Unexpected 2007" or my last release "Take it off" was a top seller with couple of thousand sold vinyl or mp3 copies.

When i am not playing in a Club or Event, i spent some time on Events within Second Life! So it is possible to listen to some live Sets their "inworld" couple of dates a month. Of course i play live and i love it! I played from small familar clubs up to million people Events like Loveparade in Berlin. I had my own Trucks 2002 and 2003 at Loveparade, own floors on Nature OneÂs Ruhr in Love and also i started with a Truck und the Street Parade in Swiss. I played across Europe, parts of Africa, the States and other countries. Also i like virtual Shows in Second Life. Its a good way to meet many people and give them a few hours party while i can chat with them, call it some like a more personal option to webradio shows, what i like and do, too.

But nothing goes about a big Live venue or a club!

difficult to answer! I like so much stuff, and what i produce or play is always sound i like in this very moment or in this phase of my life. It can change. And yes my influences are widly open, i like classic music, all variies of electronica and Techno, but also some good musicians who simple play a guitar and sing a song or some well selected Hip Hop is good. So whereever i got my influences, i cant answer it, their are to much!

Started in earlier days with a Atari ST and a Cubase 1.0, then for many years i used Cubase and Nuendo. Lately i changed to a MAC and Lodic Pro 8. Also i had several Soundmaschines from analog to digital. But my alltimes faves are the Clavia Nordrack2, the Virus B and Neuman Microphones what i still own since years and combine it with new instruments. So i change them from time to time. My Studio Equip changes always with my needs and ideas.
