We're an original Blues/Rock band out of New Orleans. Bobby Walker - Lead Guitar, Vocals, David Paul - Drums, Chuck Lipp - Bass, Vocals, Skip Dearie - Lead Vocals, Guitar
Started in 1992 as a power trio called Uncle Snarly, we changed bass players and added a lead singer and became The Dixie Tallboys. We played everywhere in New Orleans and the surrounding area. Frankie Ford had begun to promote us and we recorded a self produced CD - New Orleans Blues & Roll.
Our leader, writer, and lead guitarist, Bobby Walker died of cancer and we could not replace him so shows were discontinued.
We run the gamut - Tommy Castro to Incubus to Muddy Waters to Rush
