2001 : Gründung der Band "Black Death" Mitglieder=James Stadler , Stefan Werlberger 2001 : Auflösung der Band wegen Motivationsmangel 2003 : Gründung der Band "The Smashers" Mitglieder=Ferry Witlaczil , James Stadler , Stefan Werlberger 2003 : Erster Auftritt im Komma Woergl . Es war ein gut besuchtes Schulabschlusskonzert . Dabei waren : Frau Prof. Peschl , Ferry Witlaczil , James Stadler , Stefan Werlberger und backgroundsänger aus der 3e .Fuer den Sound verantwortlich : Herr Prof. Thomas Stadler . 2003 : Band wird in "Distortion" umbenannt . Es kam auch der Schlagzeugvirituose Thomas Neumann hinzu . 2004 : Erstes Album "Overpunked" ist herausen .
