Your parents will not tell you to turn this music down - they'll throw you out of the house for listening to it. Here come The Disobedients, an old-school punk act spewing unapologetic political platitudes and bathroom-humor vulgarities, with an odd affinity for the occasional use of German. This band formed in early 2005, they have recorded several demo tracks of their own and have come to The Sound Lair to lay down 5 of their songs as a debut offering. As one might estimate by the "old school" pink classification, the stylings of The Disobedients include up-tempo cut-time drum beats, raucous midrangey guitars and bass, and vocals that trade between pushy singing and yelling.
