Basically just made up of various sound effects. Not so great alone, but works on the album. Instrumental.

I call myself Dingbats, and I make music which I love to spread as far as possible to as many as possible. I'm from Sweden, and you'll probably think some of my songs are weird and some are boring. :P Most of my songs are in Swedish, though I occasionaly make some in English and many are instrumental. My main influences are Pixies, Beatles, Pink Floyd and mostly applying to my old songs (before Tjeckien), Placebo.
Band/artist history
I started out uhm... must have been in the autumn of 2004, which was when I bought my first (and as of yet my only :P) electric guitar. Back then I listened basically only to Placebo, which was kind of reflected in my music, although I kind of sucked back then.
Since then I've begun listening to other bands too, and eventually I stopped listening to Placebo at all, largely because their latest album Meds disappointed me. Nowadays I listen to Pixies, my hands down favourite band, Pink Floyd and The Beatles, and also but not as often to Mr Bungle and Butthole Surfers. That said, I can still enjoy other bands too but those are the ones I listen to regularly.
In the beginning, I used to base my songs on the electric guitar, mostly using the classic rock instrumentation; guitar, guitar, vocals, bass, drums. But since then I have grown away from that quite a bit. Many of my newer songs are at least partially based on the acoustic guitar, and I have some occasional weirdo songs that are synth based or something like that. But I know that deep in my heart, if I may use that expression, I feel that the electric guitar based rock is what I really want to do. For my next album I really would want to sound more punky than I do now. More like Pixies :)
Have you performed in front of an audience?
No, I don't. I'd love to play live in a band, but playing solo wouldn't be so fun I think.
Your musical influences
Pixies is my favourite band, absolutely. I also listen to Pink Floyd, The Beatles, Mr Bungle, Butthole Surfers, anything that's cool. I'm not afraid of weirdo bands.
What equipment do you use?
The old songs (all songs before Tjeckien):
An electric guitar (Fender Strat copy), a Hïfner bass, an acoustic guitar and a Yamaha keyboard.
For drums I used Fruityloops.
The new songs (Tjeckien and onwards):
The same, except that I use a Squier bass which sounds much better and iDrum for the drums. And the main difference is that the new songs are mixed and produced in Garageband which is much better than Audacity that I used before.
In all my coming songs, I will use Logic Pro for the production. Looking forward to that!
Anything else?
I also have Myspace and Purevolume:
