Detroit, CYDI (which is an acronym which means "Can You Dig It?!") was a subsidiary group of the incomparable Illiance created by Rufio Jones, Sean "Scantron" Uppercut, and producer/rapper extrodinnaire, Doc Illingsworth.
The tentative title of the CD will be "Can You Dig It?!: The 3Ps." That is because the CD is going to be, in a sense, three EPs. Detroit, CYDI as a group and Sean Uppercut and Rufio Jones as soloists. We are trying to be different out the gate with something no one has done.
This was created so that you could follow us on our journey to make the greatest rap album in the history of music as we know it. And, well, the other function is to keep you abreast (OR TWO!) as to what we are doing, upcoming shows, or just new songs.
Hope we don't disappoint.Have you performed in front of an audience?Right now we are just working on getting the music done. But as soon as we get or product to where we want it, rest assured, we will be out performing.
