I've Been Down is an excellent track. You mention Nirvana as an influence, but this reminds me more of mid-90s Alice in Chains. I hope you don't mind the comparison. The one thing I would change is the guitar entrance at 1:55. It's just a little too abrupt. Bringing it in half a beat later might be less jarring.
