DECONSTRUCT was formed in early 2003. They have released a four song EP entitled "Sign Of Things To Come." After hearing an advance copy of the EP, David Draiman and Dan Donegan of DISTURBED personally chose DECONSTRUCT to open the Music As A Weapon 2 concert at the San Jose Event Center. Chevelle, Taproot, and Unloco also appeared at the show, which was attended by 5000. Sign Of Things To Come was added to over 60 college radio stations, and the single I AM also received substantial play on some commercial stations, including KXOA in Sacramento, CA. Deconstruct has opened for many rock heavy-weights including Iron Maiden, Motorhead and Def Leppard. The band is currently preparing to release their first full-length album, "The Human Condition."Have you performed in front of an audience?Of course. We are based in Sacramento, CA but we are currently preparing to conquer the world.
Your musical influences
We are dark like Alice in Chains, with weird Korn type elements, Marilyn Manson type over the top stage show, and heaviness ranging from Disturbed to Deftones. Sprinkle in a little Pantera and we're good to go!What equipment do you use?
Guitar wise : Gibsons and Mesas cuz there really ain't nothing else!
Bass: Dean Basses and Gallien-Krueger Heads
