I played different styles of music in many different bands as a singer and occasionaly as bass player or drummer.Have you performed in front of an audience?I didn't get a chance to play seriously with other musicians because in Mali (where I am at the moment) you hardly hear anything but griot music, zouk, reggae and salsa. Funk & Jazz are not very popular overhere but hopefully as I'm planning to get back to western world...
