It all started in April 2005 for Dave. He started off mixing Hardcore Dance, as one thing led to another in October 2005 Dave teamed up with future star and good friend Lewis "DJ Prawn" to bring internet radio listeners 3 hours of exclusive Hardcore and competitions on a Friday night on the "DC & Prawn Show". "The DC & Prawn Show" featured many guest DJ's from all over the world such as DJ's: Jay Hecttech,Scott Devotion,JellyBaby,MRJakk & Many others!
October wasn't just the start of Friday nights newest Hardcore radio show, It was also the start of production for Dave. Using "Fruity Loops 4" and several VST instruments and samples Dave started producing Hardcore Music. It took alot of time and effort to get to grips with the production side of things but its time well spent! January 2006 saw the end of "The DC & Prawn Show" and the start of "Ultimate Rush Records", With months of Hardcore music live to you every friday night from 9pm till 12am Dave and Lewis decided it was time to go there seperate ways regarding Internet Radio. After "The DC & Prawn Show" Dave went on to broadcasting his own show exclusively on www.HardcoreUnited.co.uk . This show went on weekly from January 2006 to May 2006. Also in January 2006 Dave & another future star and good friend James (Urban Atmosphere) announced the birth of the newest Hardcore Label on the block "Ultimate Rush Records". In July 2006 Dave met up with local DJ/Producer Ted "Chaos", Together they teamed up on a track called "Wings Of Love" which gathered alot of attention from more than a couple of big record labels! Later that month Dave & Ted took a trip upto Scunthorpe were they met up with Hyperbeatz Records & JEL Records Headman Jonny El to make some fresh hardcore and learn more about producing hardcore! Between them they produced "Go With The Flow" forthcoming Ben Fables "Directive Records".
In August 2006 Dave & Ted recieved a Back to Back booking at Barnsleys newest Hard Dance Event "Resonance". the 17th August came round and it was time for Dave & Ted to kick the night off and show people what they can do. The set went down brilliantly with everybody and straight away both DJ's were asked to go back at there next event on the 20th of October. In the meantime Dave was made a resident DJ at "Resonance" and recieved more bookings. On October the 6th Dave played at Scunthorpes "Hardrive". Dave has also worked his way into the "Northern Gathering/Hardcore United" DJ Competition Final in November. Dave will battle the final out with co-finalist DJ Sedge!
