The Damba project is the first stepping stone for Daniel McMillan to realize his creative potential in music. After meeting (and marrying his wife Diana) she began to do voacl tracks for our second album entitled: "There Were Giants In Our Time." An album forged out of hard times and the stormy trials of life. Although not a religious album, the premise is based upon King David who was blessed with the faith and courage to face the giants in his time.
The popular song "Morning Star" received rave reviews ( 10/10 ) on "Acidplanet.com", and ran on a "Brian Eno MP3.com music tribute" radio station for at least a year. The song addresses the listener as "You are the light." Is it looking into the spirit of the human condition? The mystery remains for you - the listener to solve.
