Band/artist history
The band - Cyan was an 80s punk/rock band started by Anton Krueger in 1987 largely to irritate his sister. It all began when Anton Krueger created his first song Sometimes in the Rain with the help of non-rock band classical pianist type - David Johnson. A song was put down on tape with keyboard and electric guitar and this was rushed off to a friend, Simon Fernie, down the road in Menlo park in the early hours of the morning. In his sleepy haze, Fernie must have realized the obvious lack of rythym and the serious need for drums and later joined the band. In the following months, clarinetist Robert Pickup decided he needed to join the rock band and promptly learned bass guitar to qualify himself as a self-styled rocker. The final member, Jonathan More, was ensued into the band after a magnificent response to the question do you play the saxophone. The only acceptable answer is of course, only during the mating season.
