Been around the amateur music scene for 30+ years as both a solo/duo guitarist gigging in pubs, bars, restaurants, as a stage musical director and as a member of various cover bands. Singer/songwriter with back catalogue of 40-50 (mostly unpublished!) songs. Solid writing partnership with my old pal Tony who sadly died in the summer of 2007.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
Yep. Currently with a 60/70/80's cover band (www.wheelz.org) as keyboard player doing mainly local gigs. Am attempting to learn how to use *both* hands on the keyboard (I'm a guitarist - dammit!)...
Your musical influences
Pretty varied but highlight artists are Paul Simon, James Taylor, Mike Oldfield, Jackson Browne. I'm also interested in making music for TV/Films etc.

'Proper' instruments I have are Taylor 210e and Ovation Balladeer 1600 series electroacoustic guitars, Fender Precision bass guitar (copy) and a Fender Squier Strat electric guitar
