Our band is called Cold Wired, we love our music, and want people to love it too, we're looking for concerts at the moment and trying to get more and more opportunities to go beyond our limits.Band/artist history
The band was founded by Chicco (Kassim) and I in November 2003, we had just started playing music: Chicco bought an electric guitar and started learning by himself and I took drum lessons. We used to just mess around in my room by learning a couple of songs, then we took it more seriously; Chicco began to sing and we found a bassist our age at school. We then started composing our own songs and even played a small gig at school. A few months later we decided we needed a lead guitarist so we found Flea (Ramzi), a friend of Chicco’s. Shortly after, our bassist left us but luckily one of Ramzi’s friends John had started playing bass and was a natural so he joined us as well.
We have now composed over 15 songs which revolve around Rock and are looking for concerts.Have you performed in front of an audience?We've only played a few small concerts and we're really satisfied with the results.
Your musical influences
Our band is mainly influenced by bands such as the Red Hot Chili Peppers and the Foo Fighters, which can be heard in our music, but we all have our own preferences.What equipment do you use?
-Chicco : Shure SM58 / Les Paul electric guitar
-John : Warwick Fortress bass guitar
-Flea : 3 different electric guitars ;)
-Doug (me) : Pearl Forum drums Sabian cymbalsAnything else?
