This is a song I wrote about an ex that I lived with and moved across the country to be with and how they hurt me and tried to blame everything wrong about our relationship on me and my family. This is an anthem for everyone who has been hurt.

This is a song I wrote for a country music competition when I was a sophomore in High School.
My Name is Casey Ryan and I am a struggling artist currently living in Boise, Idaho. I am trying to make my way back to Las Vegas to pursue my music career and hopefully move to LA or New York for a record deal. I absolutely love everything about music. I love writing new beats and lyrics, recording, producing, marketing, and performing. It hasn't always been a very positive road though. I have had many struggles in my life that have effected my music. Being from broken homes, to financial issues, heat break, and self discovery. I have always been a very shy person and that has hindered me in growing as a performer. But as the recent years have past, I have grown a better and stronger understanding of who I am as a person and who I ultimately want to be in the future.Band/artist history
Not much history to tell. I am still writing that aspect of my life.Have you performed in front of an audience?I have played live a lot when I was in high school at churches, wedding, funerals, and just for local competitions. I have only done two live performances after high school. So I need to get on that :) My most memorable moment was the first time my mom saw me sing. It was a solo I had a my local church singing I Can Only Imagine. Looking out I was petrified! She wasn't always so supportive of me reaching so high for my dreams and was pretty reluctant to come and hear me. But as I hit the chorus for the first time I looked out and she was crying and smiling just watching me let loose. It was truly the first moment when I actually thought that I had a real shot at something if mom approves. lol
Your musical influences
My musical influences are mostly women. I have found that women posses this power and strength in their vocal and what they write about. I do have some male influences that are amazing and who I have modeled my first song off of. They all range from Kelly, Clarkson, Zac Poor, Beyonce, Lady Gaga, Glee Cast, Usher, Justin Timberlake, Michael Jackson, Janet Jackson, Clay Aiken, Carrie Underwood, Rihanna, and it truly goes on and on.What equipment do you use?
I can't play really instrument. The amazing music you hear in my songs are almost entirely done by my producer Jason MaComber. He is hands down the best person to work with in Boise! I can play the piano, but I can't read sheet music. So that hinders me a lot. I have to learn by ear, chords, or by watching someone play it.Contact
